On the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, the Ombudsman joins the national campaign #EUSOBREVIVI [I SURVIVED]. In the context of the increased risk posed by the pandemic to victims, an increased effort is needed to prevent the escalation of cases of violence and to ensure an effective response to those seeking support.
