Ombudsman at the European Seminars on Access to Law

The Ombudsman was represented at the European Seminars on Access to Law, which were held at the Salão Nobre da Ordem dos Advogados, organised by the General Council of the Portuguese Bar Association and the Access to Law Institute. The Coordinator of the National Preventive Mechanism of the Ombudsman’s Office, Miguel Feldmann, participated in the session “The role of Lawyers in Access to Justice and Courts”, which was also attended by António Marinho e Pinto, former Member of the European Parliament and President of the Bar, Ana Maria Guerra Martins, judge at the European Court of Human Rights, and Izabela Konopacka, Vice-President of the FBE (Fédération des Barreaux d’Europe).
