Ombudsperson speaks at the 1st Forum of Professional Bodies

The Ombudsperson, Maria Lúcia Amaral, spoke at the opening session of the 1st Forum of Professional Bodies. Organised by the National Council of Professional Bodies (CNOP), the event took place on 9 May in the Salão Nobre of the Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon.
