Jorge Silva Sampaio

Jorge Silva Sampaio has a doctorate (2022), a master’s degree (2011) and a degree in Law (2005), in the area of Legal and Political Sciences, from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (FDUL). In terms of teaching and research activity, he is currently a guest Assistant Professor at FDUL, where he has been teaching since 2012, an associate researcher at the FDUL Public Law Research Centre (CIDP-LPL), and a member of the LxLTG – Lisbon Legal Theory Group. In regard to professional experience, was an expert in the Office of the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation between 2022 and 2023, an advisor to the Office of Judges of the Constitutional Court between 2014 and 2018, and was an associate lawyer at Sérvulo & Associados – Sociedade de Advogados between 2009 and 2014.
