The Ombudsperson participated in the International Conference Commemorating the 40th anniversary of the Constitutional Court    

The Ombudsperson, Maria Lúcia Amaral, participated in the International Conference Commemorating the 40th anniversary of the Constitutional Court, dedicated to the topic “Constitutionalism in the 21st century”, that was held on 2 and 3 March, at the Academy of Sciences, in Lisbon.

The Ombudsperson moderated the first panel of the Conference, dedicated to the topic “Future of Constitutionalism”, on 2 March, in which participated Mattias Kumm, Inge Rennert Professor of Law (NYU), Martin Loughlin, Professor of Public Law (LSE) and Richard Albert, William S. Farish Professor in Law (University of Texas at Austin).
