University of Lisbon Prize 2021. Ombudsman integrates jury that awarded the prize to the scientist Maria do Carmo Fonseca

The Ombudsperson, Maria Lúcia Amaral, was part of the jury of the Lisbon University Prize that, on 5 June 2023, decided to award the 2021 prize to Prof. Maria do Carmo Salazar Velez Roque da Fonseca, in recognition of her exceptional career as a scientist, with relevant contributions in the field of molecular medicine and public participation in the promotion of science and scientific literacy.
